KINGSTON, Jamaica — Kingston College’s Julius Itubo broke his second record of the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Athletics Championships after he erased Waqar daCosta’s 19-year-old record in the Class 3 800m with 1:57.52 in the final on Saturday.
