Champions League club breaks cover and makes Jadon Sancho transfer statement
Borussia Dortmund have broken cover and confirmed their transfer interest in Jadon Sancho.

Villa boss Unai Emery has previously said he is open to the possibility of trying to keep Sancho on a permanent deal and the player has also been linked with a return to Dortmund. The Bundesliga club’s managing director Lars Ricken has now stated they are considering making a transfer offer. Ricken has told SportBild in Germany: “We’re currently looking at a lot of players and analysing them closely.
“We check whether they can make us better. We’re doing that with Jadon as well.” Sancho spent four years at Dortmund, who are currently second to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and played in this season's Champions League, before joining United for £73m in July 2021.
