Joe Flacco returning to Bengals on one-year, $6 million contract

Joe Flacco will be back for Season 19. The 41-year-old has signed a one-year, $6 million deal that could be as high as $9 million with incentives with the Bengals, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported on Tuesday.
