Letter: Fretwell column overlooked some key facts

To the editor — I was interested to read Peter Fretwell’s March 22 column. Oddly, he fails to appreciate the likelihood that local “criminal street gang” members are U.S. citizens. ICE lacks jurisdiction to target U.S. citizens.
