Manchester City fans heading to Wembley Stadium for the Carabao Cup final against Arsenal have been dealt major travel disruption following a crash on the M1. City face the Gunners in north London at 4:30pm this afternoon but supporters making their way southbound down the M1 have been hit with gridlocked traffic after a crash 1.9 miles from the Wembley turn-off.

According to the Daily Mail, the crash has been described as a 'pile-up' with cars at a standstill and it's preventing some City fans from turning off Junction 1 and joining the A406 North Circular to the stadium.
