Sales of more than 615 new homes in Peoria’s Northpointe in Vistancia are starting April 11.
More than 3,250 houses are planned for the community, near Dove Valley Road and White Peak Drive. Prices range from the $500,000s to the $800,000s for the houses from three builders — Shea Homes, David Weekley and Pulte Homes.
Those builders will have 15 models open for a “tour above it all” April 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Many of the home sites sit higher than the rest of the community, hence the name of the tour.
Homes range in size from about 1,650 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet.
Northpoint is part of the 7,100-acre Vistancia development that is south of Lake Pleasant and northwest of Loop 101.
Saturday’s event is “designed to give guests a true sense of what it means to live ‘above it all ’— from the views and architecture to the lifestyle experiences that define Northpointe,” Mark Hammons, general manager of Vistancia said. Vistancia opened in 2004.
More than 8,000 houses have been built in the northwest Valley community.
Northpointe at Vistancia will have its own recreation centers, a city park, K-8 elementary school, fire station, walking paths and a 1,100-acre mountain preserve with hiking trails.
Ken Peterson, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea, said that builder’s new community Skymark at Northpoint is offering homes “paired with one of the most elevated and scenic settings in the Valley.” That enclave in Vistancia will have 188 of the 615 planned houses.
Vistancia has has four residential communities including Northpointe, two golf courses, multiple community centers with pools and almost four miles of walking trails.
