Fireball plane crash as Colombian Air Force aircraft carrying 110 soldiers plummets

A Colombian Air Force plane carrying 110 soldiers has exploded into a fireball after it crashed during take off.

Footage circulating on social media shows huge plumes of black smoke billowing into the sky after the aircraft burst into flames upon crashing after take off from La Tagua.

The Hercules plane crashed while departing from La Tagua, Putumayo. 110 soldiers were on board. 20 injured military personnel have already been rescued.
