Democratic Official 'Shaken' After Home Shot Up With a Dozen Bullets

Democratic Councilor Ron Gibson told WTHR TV that he and his son were sleeping inside the home on the city’s northeast side when the gunfire erupted, shattering a glass storm door and peppering the entrance with bullet holes.

No injuries were reported, and Indianapolis police said the shooting is under investigation, coming days after Gibson supported a rezoning vote for a proposed data center in his district.
