Security guard shot during attempted ATM robbery at St Ann gas station
ST ANN, Jamaica — A security guard was shot and injured while on the job Friday morning at a gas station in the vicinity of Draxhall, St Ann.
Reports are that sometime after 4am, the security guard foiled an attempted theft of the automated teller machine (ATM) at the facility and was shot during the incident.
He was taken to the hospital where is being treated.
