Knox agrees to settlement with DEP over wastewater plant
On April 6, Knox Borough Council agreed to a consent agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and will pay an $8,070 civil penalty for exceeding effluent particulate limits at its sewerage treatment plant.
