ESPN Reporter Mina Kimes Shares Career Update on Sunday

Mina Kimes has firmly established herself as one of the top analysts in the NFL. The 40-year-old is currently part of ESPN's premier NFL broadcast team. Kimes joined Laura Rutledge, Ryan Clark and Dan Orlovsky, to name a few, as part of the network's Super Bowl 60 coverage in San Francisco.

It has been quite a journey for Kimes, who first joined ESPN in 2014 as a sports writer. Before joining the network, Kimes, already an award-winning business journalist, worked for Bloomberg News as an investigative reporter. Kimes immediately made her mark when she started with ESPN.

She worked her way up, eventually becoming an on-air talent. The rest, as they say, is history. Apart from her role as a top analyst for ESPN, Kimes also runs her own podcast, "

The Mina Kimes Show featuring Lenny." She first started the show in 2018, and, much like her role at ESPN, it rose to become one of the network's top podcasts. On Sunday, Kimes took to social media to announce a career update.

She posted a photo of a Silver Play Button from YouTube, which marks 100,000 subscribers. Kimes did not use any words in her announcement on Instagram Stories. She just proudly posted the photo of her new YouTube award alongside her beloved pet dog, Lenny.

No caption was needed - the big honor said it all.

In her post, Kimes also added a link to her YouTube channel, which, as of writing, already has 110,000 subscribers. Apart from her podcast, Kimes also posts video clips of herself from various ESPN segments, mostly from her appearances on "NFL Live." Kimes has also transitioned beyond football on her podcast.
