East Providence City Council passes inclusionary zoning ordinance
The new regulations will require that future housing developments of 10 or more total dwelling units (whether those are single-family homes, townhouses, apartments, or a mix of all types of housing) provide a minimum of 15% of those units as affordable, deed-restricted units.
