Camden’s Wilkes named chairman of SWRTA board of directors

Camden City Councilman, William Wilkes, has been elected chairman of the Santee Wateree Regional Transportation Authority (SWRTA) Board of Directors. He is the first chairman from Kershaw County since SWRTA's establishment in 1978.
