READ: Ina Feleo talks about her healthy lifestyle

The new year gives everyone chances on starting things from the beginning. That’s why many people strive to create their own “New Year’s Resolution” at the beginning of every year. The most common one on the list is staying fit and living a healthier lifestyle. For local talent Ina Feleo, you don’t need to wait for the new year to come to keep yourself in shape.

At 32 years old, the Kapuso actress maintains her stunning physique through a healthy diet and exercise. In fact, she advocates her lifestyle on social media and even owns her own line of active wear garments @ina.activewear on Instagram.

Much like any other fitness enthusiasts, Ina doesn’t keep her ways a secret. In January 2018, she shared how she managed to achieve her gorgeous body through losing weight sensibly.

“I eat rice and bread in moderation. For example, 1/2 cup rice for lunch. For bread I choose wheat or multi-grain. Some people can survive without eating rice or bread, but I know I can’t try and find what works for you but never deprive yourself,” she said answering one of her follower’s question in her direct messages on Instagram.

In October 2018, Ina stunned everyone with her amazing feat of getting well-toned abs in a span of just 20 days! “Took on the challenge of 20 days HIIT training and clean eating because 20 days is honestly not too long and I love challenges,” she said on a post on Instagram.

“I wanted to see how much I could push myself and what results I might see if I REALLY ate clean and up the intensity of my workout,” Ina added.

As she took on the challenge to get a better looking mid-section, Ina said she discovered several things about it.

“This was easier than I expected because 1) i loooved the workouts and how i felt after sweating so much, plus the workouts were really short so it was easy to squeeze in my schedule 2) the clean eating part was also not difficult because i still had rice/pasta/bread, and when I had cravings for sweets i would just eat unlimited fruits,” she shared on Instagram.
